Disgusting FNB service!

The rating is negative 10 FNB changed there banking app so that an older phone is useless. No work around just go buy a phone! So we try doing online banking but the OTP number is sent to your app!! Then mail them to get help when they eventually call you back your lap top is switched off. So the person make an appointment to phone you back at a set time. Twice this happened and twice no one phone call at the appointment time!!! Discussing service, or lack there of.
