Disgusting FNB Life Claimsfnblife

FNB life claim is disgusting...they don't care about their customers ,all they do is sell u their stupid products..I hv a policy to cover for my credit card,I got retrenched and sent all the necessary docs to FNB at the end of July but up to now they haven't pay for my credit card debt..they hv been sending me messages almost everyday to say they are busy processing the payment.If you call them you will hold until u run out of airtime and if you can manage to speak to their *********** consultants they will put u on hold until the phone cuts off and they will never call you back even though they hv ur number .I'm so irritated ..someone please intervene.
