Disgusting first national bank card division

I’m a 65 year old retiree and have been so since 2005 I recently decided to change banks and was told that applying for a credit card was a formality That turned out to be an absolute joke My income from investments far exceeds the minimum requirements required for said credit card however this division does not recognize investment income as income but that’s not all My wife app**** for her credit card 5 years ago and she has one with a credit limit of R20000 and yes you guessed it her only income is investment income I WANT TO ESCALATE MY DISGUST TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL BUT I CANT GET PAST THE CARE CENTER PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!
