Disgusting excuse for a bank… FNB doesn’t care

Worse service ever!!! I have being trying to contact their legal department for the past week I’ve even gone into the bank for the bank to contact them. No assistance what’s so ever….. I sat on the call hoping to get assistance for no less than 40 min at a time!!!! That’s time I won’t get back. What happened to this county and customer service pathetic. FNB is practically no different from any parastatals….
