DISGUSTING

FNB, after my previous review, you just carried on and made it worse!! I did not get feedback except automated responses after the previous review REFER YOUR REFERENCE ***NF. Now the lawyers you handed me over to, are phoning my family members to get my phone number. this is the phone number i had for 15 years and answer it when you phone. I am not running away. WHY ON EARTH DO YOU NEED TO DRAG MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY INTO THIS????!!!!! apparently it is to get my number and then to confirm if the number you have is correct. really???? is this how you do business now? by embarrassing me by phoning the whole list of contacts you have of me? i am so disappointed and disgusted by your service. i know i am behind on my debt, i am not running away and i am trying, but as explained in my previous review, you are just making the hole so impossibly big that no one will be able to get out of it. the tiny amounts that i am able to pay, does not make any difference as it does not cover all the added fees. if you want money back, come to the party and help those that actually want to pay and make it reasonable. let's work on a win win solution, the way you are doing things are not good.
