Disgusting display of arrogance and hatred

Nishalia Naidoo is very rude and has not even had the courtesy to respond to my email sent over 3 weeks ago. I find her attitude to be the height of disrespect and arrogance. I sent Ebucks an email on the 6th February in which I specifically asked her NOT to cancel the voucher which qualified for the Dischem discount. She told me that I had used up the voucher which was NOT discounted. This was all your fault because you sent this voucher to me, followed by the one I initially requested which was actually discounted. So I automatically used the first voucher in my app. When Nishalia told me that this was the full amount, I quickly emailed her back and told her NOT to cancel the second one as I wanted the discount. I am a pensioner and this amount makes a very big difference to me. But she went ahead and cancelled it. This is rude, and despicable on her part. Where is her conscience and doesn't she have parents that she is treating me so badly. Her bitterness is so evident by her not responding to me! I am asking that the voucher that was cancelled should be replaced at the discounted amount. I am saying that they have ****** 5000 ebucks from my account illegitimately. And I am saying they are now punishing me twice by robbing me of the discount. Please can someone respond urgently to me. I came to Hellopeter because FNB and Nishalia are so brazenly ignoring me.
