Disgusting Diana Dlangamandla/Lyntasha Ramkisson and Surprise Lebyane all useless

It annoys me that I wrote a great review about Diana Dlangamandla from FNB Boulders who promised me lies. I should have waited for the documents and see what exactly she did

I went to FNB Boulders on the 29-06-2021 for a loan and she told me I don’t qualify but FNB can top up R7400 to my existing credit card which I can use...I was okay with that and received forms that showed the amount she told me and signed

Few days later I checked the money on the app and that idiot upgraded my gold credit card and there was no money Not only did she upgrade my credit card, she kept my old one as well and I now have two credit cards that have no money

I went to FNB Carlswald and was assisted by Surprise Lebyane who was confused as me and said it didn’t make sense that I now have another credit card,he was clueless and also needs training He then called his manager Lyntasha Ramkisson who was as useless as he was, she promised to sort this out and I waited and waited,she called after few days to tell me the exact same thing” Diana upgraded your credit card” with no solution I told her to call me back because I was working She then called me yesterday which was the 19:07:2021 to tell me that they can cancel the upgrade and I need to pay PAY FOR WHAT PAY FOR WHAT,when I didn’t use the card nor did I get the money

FNB IS THE WORST BANK EVER WITH ***** AND DUMB EMPLOYEES I’m gonna make them trend for their ****py service and greed
