Disgusting dervice from Fnb

Last year I asked Fnb to consolidate my debt. They did not help me. I aproached a debt review company who is assisting me. Fnb is just not assisting my debt reviewers. My credit card with Fnb is sorted but my cheque account is a mess. This been going on since May 2023. FNB has no idea what customer service is or do the staff not know what they are doing. Since May 2023, I call this disgusting service.
