Disgusting customer service from FNB employee!!

Had a terrible experience at the Protea Glen branch with one of the staff members, Thabo. He failed to intervene in an incident where I was at the ATM and a gentleman was standing right behind me, in full view of the transaction I was performing. I tried to engag him on the matter inside the branch, he was rude and disrespectful and walked away from him in view of other customers. A supervisor invited me into her office to discuss the incident, at which point Thabo walked in and talked over me rudely and excused himself shortly after.

Thabo is rude, clearly not well-trained on customer service, is not aware of the appropriate distance customers should keep from those using the ATMs. He lacks empathy and people s****s!!
