Disgusting customer service

I am disgusted with the credit card legal department from FNB. All i want to do is to make a payment arrangement for my credit card. It has been a nightmare typing to get hold of them it has been a month now emailing them and calling non stop. They do not even pick up the phone and it’s unfortunate that i could not get help at the branch either, they told me there is nothing they can do on their side I have to call them😏
