Disgusting Customer Service

I got a call from Innocentia Ndlovu from Home Loans the next day after my review and that was an inconvenience because it clearly states that my issue is with the Deceased Estate department. Well till today 5 days later nothing from the relevant department to assist in resolving this matter. FNB is a pathetic excuse for a financial institution. If only they were this slow in taking your money like they are slow with Customer satisfaction and service delivery. Sickening Really
