Disgusting customer service

I'm so sick and tired of fnb this is like the 3rd complaint.I have asked them to.remove a.listing at bereaus that says I still.owe them a portion of temp loan and still.no.help.This has been going from.2019 August.They call to tell you someone will.call you to assist and still listing is there.sick and tired of this pathetic customer service
