DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FNB FORDSBURG

I visited FNB Fordsburg today with my husband for assistance with a Global Account. The lady at the door directly us incorrectly and gave us a ticket 82. We waited and eventually got to a consultant who was unhelpful at counter 1. She had no information and said we need to call the Forex Desk. She didn't know the number. She moved us to the next cubicle with the phone ringing. Eventually the call was answered however we were transfered somewhere else. We now sitting over 45mins. The consultant didnt even check if we were being assisted or not. My husband was so disgusted that he cut the call which nobody answered and walked out the branch. Not 1 staff member bothered to ask what had happened yet there was a staff sitting in the same cubicle with us, listening to our frustration. My husband was more annoyed because we had finished the same query at the bank that I bank with Standard Bank within 15mins yet his bankers were so unhelpful and his query is still unresolved.
