Disgusting customer service and call centre staff

Dealing with FNB customer service is a disgrace, staff attitude towards customers and their inability to resolve simple queries is a nothing short of disrespect. They insist you go to a bank branch, who are unable to resolve and then instructs you to call the very same customer care call-centre to resolve!!!...what madness. The embarrassment of being unable to transact and lack of compassion to assist is an utter disgrace while you are humiliated irrespective of how much money is in your account and you are left to your own devices. They just dont give a.........@#$%
