Disgusting Customer Service

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service or assistance I have received from FNB. There has been an ongoing issue for TWO MONTHS on my account and I am yet to be assisted. Funds and fees removed without any authorisation and I NOBODY is assisting despite multiple calls and branch visits. We were assured that they were doing an investigation and all funds would be returned but I am still not able to even get them to call me back. FNB claim to be a customer service focussed business but I am DISGUSTED by what has happened. I have multiple accounts with them, including a business account, and if this is the way they deal with customers it must be time to leave this bank. I could not be more disappointed.
