Disgusting customer service.

Seems FNB has made earning ebucks an almost impossible task, if you do not have a loan or home loan with FNB you are unable to reach reward level 5, clearly you are not interested or take lower earning customers into consideration, seems there is only one winner here and that is FNB. Bank charges are already sky high and customers are charged above monthly bank account fees to use their own money, what a disgrace, will recommend everyone to look at other banks as there are some with much better reward programs than FNB has.
