Disgusting customer service

I called the fnb gold desk numerous times this morning to get assistance with my revolving loan facility as I can't transact on it, I was put through to the risk department (revolving credit) and every time I reach the 'revolving credit department' I get transferred again because apparently I'm in the wrong department, this went on from morning till afternoon, I was promised a call back, no one called me back. I got through to Evah from risk ***0 more than 5 times and she kept on putting me through somewhere, I got no help what so ever, even after speaking to more than 20 consultants. What an appalling service!!!!!! I am disgusted!
