DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE

I sent a complaint via email on the 13th March and all I have gotten since then is a email with a Ref number....... I have sent follow up emails and I have had no contact (email, phone call, message NOTHING!!!!!!) DISGUSTING SERVICE. I WANT MY COMPLAINT TO BE INVESTIGATED AND I WANT AN ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!! you can not reverse a debit due to "no funds" and then charge me an unpaid fee and then the debit goes off successful on the same day!!!! as per my statement I receive from FNB, there were more than enough funds available for my debit order!!! So I have "NO" funds but you take the unpaid fee and my debit goes through??????????????? WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

As advised in email sent last week, I can only take calls before 8 or after 16:30 - I have just received a missed call advising to call back - I WILL NOT CALL BACK - you can call me at times given or email me a response to my complaint which seems to hard to do!!!! I want this matter resolved ASAP!!!!!!

I have received an email from David regarding my complaint, I have emailed back and have had no response. The statement you submit monthly contradicts what you are advising regarding my debit. I have also advised that I can not take calls from 8-4:30 and yet I will receive calls during office hours advising me to call back???? is that not stupid and looking to just miss me to avoid resolving my query????
