DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE - NO ASSISTANCE

DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE - I had made 5 calls to FNB for assistance to my Cheque account, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes or call CUT off. I have Chq Acc + savings + 30 day + Loan account with FNB. It's about time for FNB to ask other Banks for assistance
