Disgusting client service

At 15:11 today we were speaking to the PERSONAL LOAN consultant NONDEKA. She was most unhelpful and rude. The manner she responded was not at all professional. I will NEVER recommend any client to deal with here or go to FNB Personal loan division because if such consultants.
