Disgusting changes to account inclusions and eBucks!

Disgusted at FNB in the past 2 months. Firstly, how you started charging R2 per EFT to other banks. Why the heck am I paying R250 for a Fusion account if I have to pay for EFT's; this is a complete joke!

Secondly, the eBucks rule changes 2.0 in November to strangle clients' ability to reach level 5 via app interactions is also shockingly disappointing. Changing annually is enough; this is just shocking.

Highly, highly disappointed.
