Disgusting Card Delivery Service (again) through CCD Couriers

Utterly ******* card delivery through CCD Couriers.

They were supposed to deliver last Thursday (which they didn't do). Without contacting me they just start sending me texts and emails stating they are trying to get hold of me with a number to ring them on, I call the number 4 separate times and no one answers. I found the CCD call centre number online and try that, their phones keep hanging up on me. I try through the FNB card department, no one can help and they put me through to CCD, the phones hang up. I email my banker, they can't help and suggest I call the card department.

I give up - and still have no card. What the hell??

This is not the first card I've had delivery issues with, all by CCD.
