Disgusting Bad Service

<p>I recently join FNB connect, not knowing how terrible teh service would be.</p> <p>My number was ported and I couldnt do a damn thing with my phone since monday. My number is still inactive. I called the call centre having spoke to 3 different extremely rude staff. I even asked to speak to a mangager when one disgustingly rude woman tells me " I will not transfer you to anyone and you must wait" and as the conversation went on she was extremely rude. is that teh type of service FNB is giving nowadays. A pethetic network and rude call centre agents who have no manners. TCF fnb have you heard of such a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now sitting with a number that doesnt work...FIX YOUR MESS... I need to use my number...</p>
