Disgusting attitude and poor service

I received a notification via sms that I must re-submit my FICA documents to any Fnb branch, and also notified that i may no longer be able to transact on the said bank account. After getting all required documents I went to the Hazyview branch, the consultant at the enquiries desk told me that the stamp on the municipality's proof of residence is not good enough (ink not visible enough)

She told me to go request another stamp on the letter, I went to the municipality's 'Hazyview offices and they stamped the letter again with yesterday's date (11/11/2015), originally it was stamped on the 10th.

With my properly stamped letter I went back to FNB Hazyview and queued to be assisted again, now the same consultant told me they cannot accept a proof of residence document with two stamps ( same stamp, just 2 dates and different ink gamut), she told me to go get another proof of residence to be assisted, I refused and tried to argue my point but to no avail.

If there is one bank with disgusting, unprofessional and poorest service, it is FNB Hazyview. Still my account remain frozen. This kind of attitude from their personnel cannot be tolerated and condoned.
