DISGUSTING ASSISTANCE

My name is Charlotte Les**** I would like to place a formal complain against FNB

What a poor, unfair system that they using I had a pending amount in my account due to a rental car

In my balance I had +- 3100 I was then told by the consultant called (SELLO) that I can’t asses that money due to the pending amount then I returned the car The pending the amount was R6 475 which the bank send me an SMS saying it had be refunded back to my account then when I checked my app I only had the 3100 then I went to the branch at Kempton park to ask what’s going on the consultant told me the money will reflect after 3 days. The 3 days passed still it wasn’t there I then called and Kgomotso told me he will check what happened and he will get back to me still today I’m still waiting for his call.

On Sat, Avis then billed me the 5200 and now my account is sitting on a negative. I then went to Kempton park branch again the gentleman then called the Premier team which they didn’t assist me (Antonetty) such a rude lady she told me I had to wait for 24 hours and when I asked to talk to a manager or team leader she told me no I can’t she will log a call in order for me to talk to a manager. All I’m saying is I was given false information by the consultants clearly they don’t know what they doing. Right now my account is a Mess I still have money which is pending and when they bill me FNB will tell me that they have paid me and they charged me. I mean if Kgomotso had done the right thing I wouldn’t be sitting on a minus account. My sons birthday on Saturday got ruined as a had no money yet the previous I had money in my account. My guests on Saturday has no food, I’m still owing the décor lady.

If only this was attended too when I told me I wouldn’t be sitting here right not writing this e-mail Please assist me and I would all my charges be refunded and for the damage FNB has caused its unspeakable. I am disappointed by such a large Bank like FNB I CAN NOT REFER FNB TO ANYONE AT ALL
