DISGUSTING ARROGANT CLIENT SERVICE FROM FOREX

THE MOST ARROGANT FOREX DEPT OF ANY BANK. Every month I receive a similar amount on a similar date. I have now resorted to phoning forex to get it released. For a few months the sender has not put in the full title of our company and I have advised them. However this morning when I called to get the money released into my bank a very arrogant man called Gugu Mkize told me the title was wrong because they used a plus sign instead of an And sign so whilst I was on the phone he delightedly told me he had sent the money back!Q!!!! I need this to live on - I demanded to speak to a supervisor whom he said was too busy to speak to me. And now due to this bank's disgusting client service what do I eat for the rest of the month. THEY ARE BEYOND DISGUSTING - HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM EVER.
