Disgusting, appauling service

I don't know the pathetic service that you are running at FNB, your service is appauling in so many different levels, I have been so patient with CAS-***-K2P8H9 CRM:*** [REF:***] and I still have not receive a response or communication, this is really ****ing pathetic coming from FNB having to wait 3months for a query to be resolved with no communication what so ever, sis this is disgusting, for **** sakes
