Disgusting and worst bank ever!!!!!

Seriously!!!!!! The worse company to ever exist! For month I have been fighting with you to remove the mark from my credit file with Experia for the *****ulen loan take at one of your atms and all you keep telling me is that it will be resolved!!! Well guess what it's still not!!! I even had an email to say my complaint was closed, but why!!! I rep**** to that email saying no body called me nothing to discuss the complaint!!! I want the bank account I used with you closed!! I am now expecting some form of compensation for all of the stress and anxiety and inconvenience you caused me, I took of work multiple times as I was forced to come into your branched to try ans resolve this issue!!!! I will not be taking you to the ombudsman
