Disgusting and pathetic service

Why is it so ****ing hard to get any assistance from ****ing FNB. I have been trying for days now to get assistance. I have chatting to the consultants on the fnb secure chat and every single one of them continuously transfers you to another agent. In some cases it takes forever to get a response. I have been calling the call center and every single time, the agents will cut the ****ing call if they cannot answer a question. The services from the call center and secure chat is absolutely pathetic. Nobody from fnb even has the ****ing decency to even follow up. Please catch a ****ing wakeup. If you cannot help a client, tell them. Do not waste our time.
