Disgusting and heart breaking service

Wow I'm in so much disbelief as to how rude and unprofessional fnb agents are , just horrible service, I was talking to someone on chat Nonhlanhla very inpatient and rude he even stop responding when I was asking for clarity on charges I didn't recognize . I even told said to the person that maybe am slow ,I just need him to explain to me . Then I decided to call the ***** line yoh big mistake beacuse that agent was even worse , he was shouting and rushing me off I ended up just dropping the call. Fnb wow disgusting and disappointing
