Disgusting and *********** behavior

I m extremely disappointed with this bank and i had a query last week where my money would just disappear overnight and no one would have an explanation sending me from pillar to post, this week i have deposited money twice on sunday and again on tuesday then boom today i get an unpaid item when there money in my account when i ask no one knows again, i have been holding for 1 hour and their Chat is useless, finally when i got connected with an agent he just hung up. i m disgusted by your service.
