Disgusting, ************** against Hindus

I am really annoyed with FNB. I ordered a new card due to *****. They promised me it will be delivered by Friday. Now they are saying that I must pay R180. This is nonsense. They know that Diwali is Monday. Just as Christmas is so important to you. Diwali is our Christmas. We need to buy clothing, gifts and prayer goods and other items. They said it will definitely be here by today. Now the courier phones and asks for money. FNB never charged me money for cards previously. FNB is ripping pensioners off. They are arrogant and useless. I phoned the ***** department . They never got back to me. So are they *****ing my money? I am upset and outraged
