Disgusting
I have been banking with FNB for many years. Like many ppl i had problems, under administration, sent the court docs to them, but they ignore it and just merrily keep on deducting my debit orders. The call centre refuses to help. On Thursday i recd a message to say they are downgrading my credit card. They just took all the money off my credit card, no matter if I needed it. I'm a widow, i just put my pension on it, i can't even feed my family, buy elec and put petrol in my car. I was told on Sat 2 May it was the auditors, so this is acceptable. Its because of the Covid19, now they taking money from who they can. This is unacceptable how can they treat their long term clients like that??? And they say they care!!!!

The credit card legal can't see why it was degraded...then I spoke to downgrades dept. They confirmed, but could not provide the reason for this. I have never been in arears with them, i paid my fees monthly. If I use the money on the card i will always pay it back onto the card. I can't see how they csn send a message then take it the same time. Thats having no respect for other people especially with what we are going through with this pandemic.
Yes i am under administration with my loans but the attorney has been dealing with them and they ate quite aware of it.
I feel it could be because of that, but they have no right to treat me this way. Take all the money Ihave ....
How do they propose I feed my family, buy elec and petrol.
I urgently need an answer please I am greatly saddened by this!!
