Disgusting
Absolutely useless customer service Its been 2 weeks, and getting my money back that was frozen between FNB and AVIS Car rental is an absolute disaster.
Consider yourself warned. Do not rent a car from AVIS and let them freeze money in your account. I have probably spoken to 20+ people in the last few days and everyone has a story. You have been warned
