Disgusting!!!!! I will Def be moving mh y business elsewhere! Absolutely disgusting! Vomit! 4000 gone from my account. Spoke to two agents stating system down so can't help.... What??? Called again and spoke to thabiso mo***eng whatever! He spoke over me and said he will put call down on me? No swearing🤔no treating language? I work in customer service and I'm appalled. I will be findin a new bank, ***** and no superior or management just over ego people on other side working from home. Fnb can't help with *****. My lines also recorded. I called. 5 times and agents talking and laughing and hang up but i have a serious situation of theft 4000 gone from my account. Pathetic company, looks like you can rob when system down. I have all recordings, thabiso mo***eng and olga? **** that. All payments made no defamation, no outstanding payments, yet ***** is the way to go. I will be closing account. I want my money that was ****** and then goodbye.
