Disgusting

I have complaint regarding FNB disgusting services, recently I am getting debit orders and when i try to dispute it via app consultants don't know anything when you visit branch also cannot assist. This is the 3rd month that i have to call them everyday. , it seems that everyone doesn't know what they should do. Useless bank ever
