Disgusting!

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had The level of service is disgusting!

I’m honestly so tried of this level of service from the banks!

After fighting and not even getting call banks from supervisor or replies from the complaint department it’s disgusting

I had to take time to go to fnb branch to get assistance for them to advise me my loan is done and will be paid out

To the next day them saying they cancelled the loan I don’t have the time as I cannot leave my office to run to fnb its very unacceptable

As they want to redo this all

I will not be taken for a ride like this my loan was done and fnb the glen was told by fnb online it was to be paid out the next day !

Fica is all in place and they keep saying it was not I want this resolved and psid out today or I’m going to consumer council
