Disgusting

FNB is disgusting, they take money from your account and when you call them for a refund, you hold on for days and hours on end. When you EVENTUALLY get through you get sent from pillar to post as no one in that place deals with refunds, however they are quick to debit your account or when they offer you nonsense that require monthly debits, EVERYONE works in that department, they should say "How can we sign you up department so that we can debit your account monthly and once you settle your account, there is no one working in the department to stop the monthly debit orders or refund faulty debit orders, so we will just continue helping ourselves" I get better service at Standard Bank and Im not even a customer there.
