Disgusting

I went to an Atm to withdraw money but after inserting my card and pin machine went back to insert card again with my card in the atm. I stood there with no network n decided to leave tried calling the bank after 10mim but was told that their system was down. Ended up blocking the card on my app but my R1900 was withdrawn already. Phoned the following day cos I have blocking my card on my app to find out what to do was once again told the system was down n must phone again in an hours time which I did n my card was cancelled n ordered a new one. Now m told I blocked the card after withdrawal , was I suppose to make your system work before blocking my card. My hard earned money was withdrawn while I did not have my card with me. M I to be blamed for the tampered atm ? I am disgusted as I write this and will take this matter to the media and cancel my accounts with you guys.
