Disgusted with the services

After constantly writing reviews on hello Peter explaining my situation and complaining about the double debits made on my account for FNB personal loan the issue has still not been resolved and no contact has been made , today I have gotten a incontact message stating my account is in arrears after paying double debits each time and speaking to consultants who has said I will be called by the collection department to arrange reversal yet still I am getting a message saying I have to make arrangements when I already have and they have deducted double from my account . I AM FEDUP OF THIS. I will be switching banks soon as I can not deal with this stress I have been in an accident and also have been diagnosed with PTSD these people are inconsiderate and insolent they do not care about there customers or the well being of anyone but themselves.
