Disgusted with service
I am ap upset with fnb i logged a complaint with them ams emailed them still no one is attending to complaint also when calling through to them they drop the line on them and the chat service is like im talking to juat a computer everything scripted

11 Nov 2022, 09:58I am very unhappy with how fnb has been handling this complaint is being handled by fnb when after waiting days for a reply i got an email which still dont resolve my issue when chatting to the WhatsApp group they dismiss you before issue is resolved and after a week of logging thia complaint fnb still cant resolved it im looking for money back and i would like a copy of the script from the whats app group om totally disgusted with fnb
