Disgusted with lack of support from FNB

I have been a loyal customer with a great credit record for 2 years with FNB. I have all my banking accounts with them and have paid all credit on time every month. Now when I apply for a homeloan, I get offered only 80% bond. I am very disappointed because my affordability shows that I can afford twice as much on a monthly basis, Yet FNB refuses to offer me the full loan amount of 100%. They also dont even consider the fact that I dont have ANY existing loans on my name.

Please note my disappointment. Its interesting how a bank easily claims that it is your support when you need them, in their add campaigns, yet they actually are not yoir financial support when you need them most.
