Disgusted with Forex division of FNB

I am an importer and exported and have been with FNB in Natal for around twenty years, and, can only speak very highly about them. BUT, since their Forex division has been relocated to Johannesburg, it is like dealing with a fifth world bunch of total imbeciles. This past week I requested a payment transfer to a company in Nigeria. It was lodged on the 20th January. The beneficiaries phoned on the 28 to say they still had not received payment. After phoning Forex at ***, I was told it hadn't been sent yet!! After giving them hell over the phone, I eventually received confirmation on the 29th that the money had been sent - 9 days to get this done. On top of it all, they could not even get my address right, according to them, my address is Johannesburg,Hilton, Eastern Cape. This is NOT the first time this has happened, I regularly have to phone Forex and try to locate transfers being sent and transfers coming into my account. All in all, in my opinion, Forex Jhb is a complete disaster with absolutely NO comeback, not even the managers bother to reply. They definitely need to work on their service, Personally, I am now looking at leaving them for another bank.
