Disgusted with FNB service once again

I have been trying for EVER to get hold of someone at the business desk/fica approval, been holding on for 28min at a time, then when you get through the agent headset is not working properly! Even tried the secure call online chat...useless!! I am schocked once again !! My Private Banker NEVER AVAILABLE SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE INFORM ME WHAT ARE THEIR PURPOSE AT ALL IF ANY???? Currently still holding on now..27 minutes , high calll volumes are not my problem, sort it out !! Service is your responsibility so if not to much to ask ......do your JOB
