Disgusted with FNB service

I have sent numerous emails since November 2020 and Jan 21 to the fnb debt review debt requesting my paid up letters and to date no response. The debt review company has been waiting for over 3 months for the paid up letters and FNB have not yet responded.. My last email was on the 19. 01. 21.. I need this sorted out asap..
