Disgusted with FNB Private Clients

I am disgusted with FNB Private Clients!! They not shy with taking theit subscription fee, but giving jack in return. I went to go see my Private banker a few months ago to see if I could simplify my finances and if they could give me preferencial rates as they market. The summarized feedback i got was to pay up my accounts a little more and then they`ll take a look. What the hell are they there for, any person on the street can give that advise. I`ve gotten no benefits since inception... And when i request to downgrade, my private banker takes 2 weeks to respond!!!!!! but still they charge my subscription. FNB is pathetic!!! PEOPLE STEER CLEAR
