Disgusted with FNB Private Banking

Secondary cheque card not received upon renewal Credit cards not received on renewal x 2

I called FNB last week inquiring why i did not receive my automatic renewal cards I requested that the cards be traced and a signature of recipient provided FNB proceeded to re-order cards for which i must pay R150.00 per card yet the cards that were due were not recevied

I received 2 petrol cards on Tuesday and a debit card - Total being charged is R450, for what my inefficiency???

I called FNB, 40min later the query wasn't resolved I am still waiting for my non existent personal banker to call me or the consultant that i spoke to on Tuesday Petrol cards and credit cards generate simultaneously, so where is it FNB?

You'll are professionals for debiting accounts yet you'll have unhappy customers! Secondly i pay a monthly fee for a private account, where is my non existent banker who is continuously out office?

FNB, i am literally tired of banking with you'll, your pathetic efficiency is exhausting and frustrating me!

Fix this mess, provide me with the required proof!
