disgusted with fnb (how safe is your business details )

i have a active business account with fnb. I went in the branch lambton to open another business account only to find out the incorrect director details have been on fnb system all the time of my business account opened, I also wanted to apply for an overdraft which i was declined because after the branch changing the correct director details on the system i was told i have to wait 30 days. I was told my account is high risk (although i was even told by my business banker which i met for the first time) this is unacceptable how safe is my account with fnb when incorrect details are loaded onto fnb site. My question to the business banker so if i died the previous week my business would have went to someone else (no answer from the business banker). Bank charges i was being charged pay as you transact and no one bothered to contact me and advise me to save on my high charges i was paying from the time my business account was opened. Yet i was told i cannot afford a overdraft instalment but i could afford the high charges ?????? fnb is not a bank for the people its a bank to help themselves to hard working people money.
