Disgusted with FNB - ewallet!
A friend of mine sent me R300 via ewallet this morning. Because they dint provide a pin and I was out of airtime u had to call *130*277# which I did to buy airtime from the ewallet. I dialed the number selected airtime fir R5 from the funds. T9 my astonishment they deducted R100. When I called customer service, i called ***, The 1st lady I spoke to put the phone down on me. I called the 2nd time and told the guy what happened, he checked and said I bought R100. Why would I do that when I don't have qny food in my house and needed to buy something to eat! I'm furious, that's why I have no faith in FNB. I told the guy, he must not argue with me and he can get his Manager to call me.

She argued that I selected R100 instead of R5....why would I do that to buy airtime, when all I wanted was to retrieve my pin for ewallet. A friend of mine sent me money to buy food!!!
It just shows that, FNB is all about taking and not giving back. That's the reason I change banks
