DISGUSTED WITH FNB - DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS DURING LOCKDOWN

I have a credit card with FNB which i have had for many years and since i have become self employed (due to the economic situation is South Africa, i lost my job and had to start something on my own in order to earn income) even through all this turmoil i have paid my credit card as i receive money, and as in all self employment work, you don't receive the same amount every month, some months less than others which has resulted in my credit card not being up to date the last few months. I keep getting threatening phone calls from FNB card division stating that they are going to take legal action if we do not pay the outstanding of R1117 immediately (R722 is overdue - we owed R821 end of Jan 2020 of which we paid R500 on 10 Feb 2020). SERIOUSLY, for that amount we are being harassed daily (a few times a day and evening), if we were battling before lockdown what the heck do they think our money situation is now. I can't earn any money now as all my customers are also on lockdown so do they really think that threatening me with legal action will suddenly produce the money. I have had this credit card with FNB for +/- 15 years and now when we need their understanding, they threaten us with legal action. How do they expect us to survive during lockdown as the most important things in anyone's life at the moment is food (which we use what little money we have to buy to survive - I have only R600 to use for the rest of the lockdown period to supply my family with food and we can't even afford our chronic medication as there is no money for that at the moment) which they are saying they don't give a damn as to how we survive during lockdown as long as they get their money, FNB is not a bank i will do business with again, i can guarantee that i am not the only one in this situation, i am going to take to social media to see who else is facing this total lack of understanding by FNB who state that they care. NO THREATS OF LEGAL ACTION IN THIS TIME OF NEED AND UNDERSTANDING IS GOING TO PRODUCE MONEY. IF THAT WAS THE CASE, I WOULD THREATEN EVERYONE I KNOW AND GET RICH.
